Mukna, owned by Mawkna Office for Financial and Administrative Consulting, protects users’ privacy in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/19) dated 9/2/1443H and its Implementing Regulations. This Policy explains what data we collect, why, the legal basis, how we process and protect it, and your related rights. For this Policy, Mukna is the controller of the personal data it collects and processes to operate the Platform and provide its services.

1. Data we collect and legal basis

We do not collect data beyond the minimum needed for the purposes below, in line with Article 11 of the Law.

  • Email — account creation, verification, and communication. Basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(2)).
  • Mobile number — identity verification and account security. Basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(2)).
  • Investment interests (optional) — personalizing educational content. Basis: your explicit consent (Article 5).
  • Experience level (optional) — matching content level to your experience. Basis: your explicit consent (Article 5).
  • TradingView account ID (Momentum requesters only) — granting access to the educational indicator. Basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(2)).
  • Telegram account ID and necessary membership data (Momentum + channel requesters only) — verifying access entitlement and managing membership and support. Basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(2)).

2. How we collect data

We collect your data directly from you when you register on the Platform or interact with approved Platform channels (TradingView and Telegram). We do not collect data about you from other unapproved sources.

3. Processing and storage

Your data is processed solely for the purposes described in this Policy.

Your data is not used for marketing unless you give prior explicit consent. You may request to stop marketing messages at any time.

Your data is stored in a technical environment with organizational, administrative, and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and related risks.

Some of your data may be stored on servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with approved cloud providers, in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Law, with a level of protection no less than that required by the Law, limited to the minimum data necessary.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties except as permitted by law, required to operate the Platform and provide its services, based on your consent, or as described in this Policy. Your TradingView account ID may be shared — with your consent and only as needed — with the party responsible for activating access. When you request Momentum activation and joining the accompanying channel, your Telegram account ID and necessary membership data are processed to verify access entitlement and manage membership and support. The Platform does not collect a mobile number through Telegram. TradingView and Telegram are subject to their own policies. When you follow a referral link to a trading platform, Mukna does not transfer your data to it unless disclosed to you and based on a valid legal basis.

Disclosure required by law to competent public authorities under Article 15 of the Personal Data Protection Law is excepted.

5. Retention and destruction

We retain your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account or the purpose of collection ends, your data is destroyed within no more than 90 days, except where the Law requires a specific retention period.

6. Your rights as a data subject

The Personal Data Protection Law grants you the following rights:

  • Right to be informed: know the legal basis and purpose of collecting your data.
  • Right of access: review your data we hold and obtain a clear, readable copy.
  • Right to rectification: request correction, completion, or update of your data.
  • Right to destruction: request destruction of data no longer needed.
  • Right to withdraw consent: withdraw consent to processing at any time.

7. Incident notification

If a personal data breach occurs that may harm the data, the data subject, or their rights or interests, we will notify the competent authority within no more than 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident, and notify the data subject without undue delay when legally required, in accordance with the Law and its Implementing Regulations.

8. Cookies

We use cookies to improve your experience on the Platform. You may configure your browser to refuse them, noting this may affect some Platform functions.

We use a limited set of first-party cookies and no advertising trackers. MUKNA_LOCALE stores your language. mukna_aid is a random, non-identifying ID used to measure how courses are discovered and used — it contains no personal data, and measurement data in our database is deleted after 180 days. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time and will notify you of any material change before it takes effect. Continued use of the Platform is not a substitute for obtaining new consent when a change alters the purpose or legal basis of processing or otherwise requires consent under the Law.

10. Contact

For questions about this Policy or your personal data, or to exercise your rights, email support@mukna.com. We will respond within no more than 30 days of receipt.

This Policy applies from the date it is approved and published on the Platform. Any later update replaces the previous version from its effective date.
