Mukna electronic platform — version 1.0. Owned by Mawkna Office for Financial and Administrative Consulting.

1. Definitions

Platform: the Mukna electronic platform with all its pages and services, owned by Mawkna Office for Financial and Administrative Consulting.

User: every natural person who creates an account on the Platform.

Services: educational content and knowledge tools, including the right to use the Momentum Indicator and its accompanying user guide and Telegram channel, according to the description and controls announced before purchase.

2. Eligibility

To create an account, the User must be a natural person who has reached eighteen years of age and has full legal capacity. Creating an account constitutes the User’s acknowledgment of this.

3. Nature of the service — Platform limits

The Platform is purely educational and awareness-oriented. By creating an account you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Platform is not an investment advisor licensed by the Capital Market Authority.
  • The Platform is not a financial broker, does not execute trades, and does not hold user funds.
  • Nothing on the Platform constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
  • Any investment decision you make is solely your personal responsibility.

4. Promotional credit (early-registration gift)

  • The credit granted to early registrants is a Platform gift of two hundred (200) Saudi Riyals.
  • The credit may be used only to discount the price of any paid product or service on the Platform when launched.
  • The credit is valid for one year (12 months) from the official launch date of paid products; unused credit expires automatically thereafter.
  • The credit is personal, non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The Platform may amend or cancel credit terms before official launch with notice to registrants.

5. Links to partner trading platforms

  • The Platform may provide referral links to licensed external trading platforms.
  • Following these links is entirely optional, and the Platform does not transfer any of your personal data to those parties.
  • Your relationship with any external platform is governed by its own terms and policies, and Mukna bears no responsibility for its services or your dealings with it.

6. Educational analytical tools (including the Momentum Indicator)

The Momentum Indicator operates on actual market data. Its outputs are generated automatically by a uniform algorithm for all subscribers, without relying on the user’s data or portfolio or considering their financial circumstances, objectives, or experience, and without executing trades or managing funds. The accompanying Telegram channel may display these outputs on real securities according to the template and description announced at purchase.

Activating any analytical tool requires your prior acknowledgment of its educational nature and of trading risks, per the approved form.

Access to the Indicator and Telegram channel is personal and non-transferable. Republishing, broadcasting, selling, leasing, or incorporating the outputs into a competing service or product is prohibited. Mukna reserves its legal rights against any breach.

Access to the Momentum Indicator is managed through your TradingView account identifier as described in the Privacy Policy.

Withdrawing consent to process identifiers needed to run the service (TradingView ID or Telegram channel membership) makes delivery technically impossible and is treated as termination of your subscription subject to the refund terms announced at purchase.

Purchase is for the right to use the Momentum Indicator. The user guide and Telegram channel are accompanying components to explain use and deliver outputs; they are not sold separately.

The Momentum Indicator, its accompanying components, and any other paid service are subject to the payment and subscription terms announced at purchase. Promotional credit applies under its terms when valid.

7. Intellectual property

All content, tools, designs, and marks owned by the Platform — including the Momentum Indicator, its software, and its outputs — are owned by Mawkna Office for Financial and Administrative Consulting, or licensed for its use as applicable. Third-party data, platforms, and components remain owned by their respective owners. Users may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit content without prior written permission from the rights holder.

Using the Platform or subscribing to any of its services does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the User unless expressly agreed in writing.

8. Acceptable use

The User undertakes not to:

  • Use the Platform for any purpose contrary to the laws in force in the Kingdom.
  • Attempt to hack the Platform or gain unauthorized access to its systems.
  • Publish any abusive, misleading, or impersonating content.
  • Impersonate others or provide inaccurate data.

9. Account suspension and termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms or for a legitimate reason related to protecting the Platform, its users, or legal compliance, with notice to the User.

The User may delete their account at any time from account settings.

On termination for any reason, user data is destroyed as described in the Privacy Policy, and any unused promotional credit lapses.

The User must notify the Platform without delay upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their account or any incident that may affect login security.

10. Limitation of liability

  • Platform services are provided as-is without express or implied warranties as to content accuracy or fitness for the User’s objectives.
  • The Platform bears no responsibility for direct or indirect losses arising from investment decisions made by the User.
  • The Platform is not liable for service interruptions due to technical causes or force majeure.

11. Amendments

The Platform may amend these Terms and will notify the User of any material amendment by an appropriate means before it takes effect when required by applicable law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amendment.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in force when the contractual relationship arises, including any subsequent amendments that apply. Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and effective to the extent consistent with the competent authority’s ruling.
